One 3-gallon kit weighs about 30 lb. Three kits or more ship freight on a pallet, quoted before you pay. Tell us about liftgate, dock or jobsite delivery in the order notes.
Epoxy is temperature sensitive. In deep winter and high summer we may hold a shipment a day so it never spends a weekend in a truck. Bring pails indoors on arrival and let them reach room temperature before mixing.
Returns
Unopened, undamaged product can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is on you unless we sent the wrong thing.
Opened resin, hardener or mixed product cannot be returned. Damaged in transit? Photograph the box and the damage within 48 hours of delivery and send it to us; we replace it.
Warranty
Every Epoxyville product is warranted to be free of manufacturing defects and to perform as described when mixed and applied per the instructions and TDS, on a properly prepared surface, within the published working and cure windows. If a product is defective we replace the product.
Because we do not control surface preparation, moisture, temperature or application, the warranty does not cover labor, removal or the surface underneath. Not covered: application over unprepared, contaminated or wet concrete, off-ratio mixing, use outside the stated temperature range, or damage from abuse after cure.
Safety and technical data
Epoxy resin and hardener are skin and eye irritants before they cure. Wear nitrile gloves and eye protection, ventilate the space and keep people and pets out until the coating is dry to the touch.
Technical and safety data sheets for every product: email sales@epoxyville.com and we send the PDFs the same day.
